The XDA Stellar is a stylish all in one device with most common day devices squezzed into its little frame. From a hardware point of view the Stellar is amazing it fits; a full qwerty keyboard, GPS, Wifi, Bluetooth, Camera (only 3.0 M Pixels), support for 3G/Edge/HSPDA and MicroSD slot. I think that to get all those features under on roof is a great acheivement. On the software side of things the Stellar comes with Windows Mobile (WM) 6 which packs along with it all the usual WM features; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet Explorer (IE), Tasks, Calendar and Contacts. All of which sync with your pc via Active Sync/Windows Mobile Device Manager. Other software included; Windows Live/Messenger, WorldCard Mobile(I never use but could be handy) and Java. Also altough pictured CoPilot Live is not included but I have got it and the GPS works Extremely well. As for the style the outside is designed well and is easy to hold. As for the style of the Today screen O2 have taken away the original HTC Home Screen and repacked it. In conclusion I find this device very easy to use as it has all my contacts wether it is email, phone, or Instant Messenger. My favorite Music, Pictures and Video, All my Word and Excel documents that need editing, of course the internet and satnav to get me places. Although I find that the battery life could be longer it will still last a few days before you have to charge it so it isn't really a problem. So overall I find the O2 XDA Stellar an all-in-one device for a reasonable sum with some stylish looks about it. |
